Move Like Qigong is an online video instruction series. To kick off the launch of the course, this mini-course is the first offering. Students will learn the foundational skills of Qigong: Posture, Breathing technique, and how to mentally focus for practice. In addition, I teach two single form Qigong movements: Beginning Swimming Dragon & Golden Ball Meditation.

Videos are downloadable so the student can do them at their own pace, with a suggested timeline. These concepts and forms are easy to learn, so practice can begin right away. Each form can be a practice in and of itself for those times when you don't have a lot of time- 5 minutes is better than no minutes. Combined, the three make a wonderful 10-15 minute practice, ideal for beginners and for those who have hectic schedules. There is a workbook I made for this course (sold separately) that gives background, history, concepts, tip, and suggestions, as well as blank planner and journaling pages to chart your journey into the world of Qigong.
